I had an exceptional experience at Matakana Pharmacy! The staff was incredibly helpful, and I want to give a special shoutout to Mina, the pharmacist. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he also recommended using magnesium, which has truly made a difference in how I feel. On top of that, Mina is also quite handsome! His friendly and thoughtful approach made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Matakana Pharmacy for their excellent service and expertise!
Placed an online order, and although shipping was organised promptly, the wrong item was sent. When I raised it with them they organised return postage to their credit and said they’d send out the correct goods once the return was received. As soon as the return was received they advised me that they are out of stock of my ordered goods and will issue me a refund which was contrary to what I was led to believe from the start.
Matakana Pharmacy has an amazing selection of high quality and hard to find supplements. Their staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. I just got off the phone with Mina, who patiently talked me through my options and recommended products. Ordering online was easy with free shipping over a certain spend. I highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable staff and one of the only pharmacies who specialise in stocking high end effective brands that actually work, the price point is very good good compared to other practitioners.
