My experience with Matakana Pharmacy is always outstanding. Communication and shipping is always prompt with customer satisfaction and care at the forefront of what they do. I can highly recommend Matakana Pharmacy for the highest quality supplements and customer experience.
I was told by my well being coach to try Matakana pharmacy I’ve used it once and it worked out quite well so I ordered some stuff. I actually needed quite urgently. Ordered it on Tuesday morning got sent this app and told Thursday afternoon it has arrived. Nothing had arrived. Contacted Matakana pharmacy thus girl didn’t really know how to work the system. She didn’t think my product had even left the warehouse, and in fact she didn’t even think they had in stock. Sent two emails since no reply. Ordering it somewhere else $82.50 down the drain .
The team at Matakana Pharmacy are wonderful, every time I visit their staff is always friendly and happy to help. They are very knowledgeable as well which is great. Recently I purchased a product only to get home and realise I had one already, they were happy to refund me. Highly recommend this pharmacy
Drove up to Matakana today and left all my makeup at home. So I popped in and used the makeup testers here. I was in the store for a bout 15 mins and a lady came up and said “are you almost finished” and I said yes and she replied “well are you going to buy something” so I did, but I felt very unwelcome and it was just rude. I don’t NEED to buy something that all have stickers that say ‘try me’
Placed an online order. Paid premium price for short distance delivery and still waiting almost a week later for its arrival. Poor communication regarding why parcel delayed. Disappointed. Won’t purchase again.
