Room was very comfortable, spacious and well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The laundry was very handy and easy to use. There’s a pool and trampoline for the kids. Staff were great! The motel is very handy to get to the bars and restaurants, the brewery a must visit and the shops - an interesting variety including an excellent chocolatier!
Rooms are nice, Studio had a full oven/stove which was a nice surprise. Wifi was exceptional bad during my stay at arround 0.1 to 1 Mbps most of the time and constantly droping in and out. Everything except the wifi is pretty good, wifi needs attention.
Perfect location to town and everything literally a 2 minute walk yet so peaceful and quiet.nRay and Marilyn the motel Managers are amazing. So helpful and keep the place immaculate. Pool, playground and trampoline great to keep the kids entertainednWell priced for a long weekend. Highly recommended. Stayed 4 days for Auckland Anniversary
Really impressed by the friendliness and flexibility of owners during peak season. I think the executive studios didn't get as much of a write up as they deserve. We were so happy to have mum 87 in an executive studio next to us with really good accessibility everything on one level and good flow inside and out.
Nice tidy rooms. Friendly staff. Nice pool.nSuper handy to the shops and food outlets.nHighly recommend
