We own a farm in Waiwera and recently ordered timber and posts from Matakana ITM for delivery. The service was top notch from start to finish. Communication was clear and regular, so we always knew what was happening, and the delivery arrived exactly as promised and right on time. The team are friendly and do what they say they will. Great job, highly recommend.
I went to ITM for a 20mm gate valve, the item they had was the same as the one I had.nnThe sales guy although helpful, tried to sell me that one, saying that it was pretty good, however he then agreed that it was hard to turn off and on which was only after I said the same.nnSo I went to the Farm Centre to obtain a more suitable one.
Worst experience of my life buying from here. They will overload the trailer for you and then send you away. Then when the trailer tyer pops, trailer Jack knifes throwing everything out the trailer they'll blame you and then withhold products from you that you have paid for in full. Worst customer experience In my life. NEVER AGAIN and urge others not to.

Really love this place. Staff are ace and the owners and the friendliest people on earth!! 10/10 would visit again ASAP
