sat 16 august beautiful cinema and lobby- all very thoughtfully put together, big comfy seats, incredible service guy that served us was so passionate and friendly and really knew what he was talking about with the film festivals. if i lived closer i would be here 3 times a week. though like other reviews have said it would definitely benefit from some proper popcorn. overall great experience highly recommend!!
loved it! i watched jurassic park and the place was awesome, the staff was so kind. we dropped tea but they cleaned it up and gave us a new cup for free!! the place was very unique and felt super nice!!
I love this place! Such a lovely experience nStaff have always been kind and helpful despite being busy when I go.nThere's a fair amount of food options, including a GF cookie option, bagged sweets, ice cream, etc. The only bummer is they don't have fresh popped pop corn - you'll need to buy bagged pop corn.nThe cinemas are lovely and comfy. I loved that the smaller arm rest can be lifted up to make a bigger couch type space
If you’re ever visiting Matakana you just have to experience a movie at the Matakana Cinema. Super comfortable and the ceiling in the Paradiso will blow you away!
