It’s no secret that here at the Master of India we only use the best ingredients. Wherever possible we source our fresh produce from growers and farmers right here in Hawke’s Bay. Some of our spices though, come directly from India which is why you will always have an authentic Indian experience when you eat the Master of India. How these ingredients are magically put together in the kitchen however, is a closely guarded secret.

Very authentic restaurant right in the heart of Ahuriri Beach. Huge menu of delicious Indian cuisine all served up by super friendly staff. Takeouts available too but I'd recommend dining in.

Staff friendly and keen to help. naan is soft and fluffy inside. curries are delicious. Restaurant set up beautifully. Nice place near to the beach.

Excellent food and price. We had butter and mango chicken and they were great. Naan breads were some of the best we have ever had. Highly recommend and would happily go back.
