Absolutely was thrilled and surprised...the pub underneath is a bit old...but the motel was so clean fresh and tidy I was more than happy with our stay about 15km from central new plymouth...will def stay again

Fantastic service. The room the whole hotel is tidy and clean. Upgrade to a large room for us for free. 15mins drive to New Plymouth. The same room better price
TV did not work. No soap to wash or shower on 1st day. Asked at 10 am whether they could make up my room, as I was just in shower and not booking out till next day.
Stayed in the king suite was lovely and sunny room nice lady on reception.
