Story

The human mind and body are amazing in their abilities to sustain and carry us through life. I've always been fascinated by health and wellbeing, and have been studying, gaining formal qualifications and serving others in this arena for over 20 years. Initially, I qualified in massage therapy. I then went on to qualify and add Homeopathy, Life Coaching and Hypnotherapy to my private client practice. What has become very clear to me is how interconnected our natural systems are, and how vital it is to treat the whole person, instead of just the presenting symptoms or isolated issues.
One of the key things that in my experience makes the biggest difference is taking the time to listen carefully to my clients and understand them.
This is crucial to tuning in to what's contributing to the current situation, what's helping versus hindering and what's missing, to arrive at the most appropriate treatment for them to optimise their wellbeing and quality of life.
That may sound obvious, but judging by what I've seen with my client work over the years, this approach is much less common than we'd imagine.
Over the years, I've become increasingly focused on working with children. They are our future, and when nurtured appropriately, it can make a world of difference, both for them and everybody around them. In fact, it's very true that an excellent outcome in this arena can be literally life-changing. nd that gives enormous satisfaction and joy.
This is what led me to study, qualify and specialise in Joane Goulding's SleepTalk process, which has greatly benefited thousands of families worldwide. I'm passionate about and dedicated to making a difference through this work, and grateful for the opportunity.
