Sorry that I had to check out early & disappear without a goodbye --- I loved your neat, clean & tidy place with milk for the tea & coffee!!!. Yours is so close to town, parking at the door, quiet and everything that could be needed.
Colin and Gail are super friendly and helpful. We booked the smaller room for one night to have a rest, did some hiking at the Putangirua Pinnacles and drove further to Wellington. The room got everything we needed. It was a cold and rainy day when we arrived, the warm welcome and the electric blanket saved us.
This sweet little motel is located a minute's walk from the lovely town square which when we visited was vibrant. The motel room's decor is very retro but all perfectly clean and well maintained. There is however no WiFi. A great place to stay while visiting the vineyards.
Old style Kiwi motel, a bit dated but clean and comfortable and close to facilities. Colin and Gail are very friendly hosts. Great value.
