Story

Background -

I have worked in he building industry for over 10 years. From working ‘on the tools’ to designing, planning and implementing contracts and project management, I’ve done it all. As a result; I have a unique ability to see the potential in a property and can portray this vision to prospective buyers. I had my first taste of real estate through my own portfolio of buying, renovating and selling houses, and this experience inspired me along my career path. I may have left my tools in the shed, but my career in construction continues as I build great relationships with clients and customers; past, present and future.

My Family -

My wife Sian and I travelled to New Zealand before extensively before deciding to settle in the Nelson / Tasman region. With its beautiful beaches, temperate climate and friendly locals, the choice was an easy one. Time off together doesn’t happen as often as we would like- Sian is a midwife and also works varied hours– but when it does, we love to spend the time in the great outdoors, tramping, biking or trying one of the many activities that this astounding area has to offer!

Goals and Achievements -

During my time in the building trade, I was driven to get up early every morning by the ambition that continues to inspire me today– to give my customers the best possible experience and the highest standard of service. I am well aware that many people have had bad experiences with real estate agents. My goal is to be THE Real Estate guy with THE best reputation. I’m building that reputation by delivering the best price and the best service.
