Nice place with a launching wharf where people launch smaller boats and do fishing and netting. The carpark is generous with lots of room for trailers also. The public toilets were very clean.nThe harbour views across to the Whangarei heads are amazing. Great place for catching the sunset.

A perfect location for a relaxed event. A great deck and pristine facilities make this the perfect spot for a casual party. If this was in Auckland, you'd pay a fortune to hire a venue with views like this!
