Story

Planning your wedding day can be a little overwhelming. As many couples have said to me, “We’ve never done this before”.
My role as an Independent Marriage Celebrant is to reduce the stress levels and to help you create the ceremony that is right for you both. This is the part of the day that makes it a wedding and you want it to be just right…after all, it expresses why you have chosen to marry your partner.
As I get to know you, we can discuss the elements of the ceremony- those that are required by law and those that are unique and special to you. Your style- be it traditional and formal, relaxed and fun or somewhere in between- is what we are trying to capture. Please check out the testimonials from couples on my website.
I have an extensive selection of resources if you need them and I will guide you through the legal requirements. Keeping this process relaxed makes it pleasurable and meaningful. I highly recommend a rehearsal so that on the day you are confident we have created a ceremony that is uniquely you….then all you have to do is enjoy the day. I am happy to perform ceremonies in your chosen venue and to travel as required.
