Yvette was our celebrant for our wedding on the 20th November 2022. Upon our first meeting with Yvette, we knew very quickly that she would be the perfect fit for us. She was confident, down-to-earth, extremely personable and all round lovely person and we immediately felt a connection with her. Yvette did an amazing job as our celebrant - she was calm, confident and extremely charismatic. She not only put us at ease we were very nervous and quite serious but also brought a light atmosphere to our ceremony which also put our guests at ease. She led our entire ceremony so seamlessly, she was extremely professional but also easy-going. We had many guests comment about how amazing she was! Yvette also helped us throughout most of our ceremony planning and writing our vows. She provided us with so much guidance and was super quick to respond to any questions we had which we really appreciated. Knowing that Yvette had our back and also having confidence in our celebrant really helped us to remove a lot of stress from our wedding planning. We cannot recommend Yvette enough. Yvette, Matthew and I can't thank you enough. Thank you so much for doing such an amazing job at our wedding. Thanks to you we have a wonderful memory of our special day which will last a lifetime. Yvette was the celebrant for our bespoke wedding on the 29th of Jan, 2022. I loved how she got to know both myself and my husband and wrote a beautiful ceremony script for our special day which highlighted the love between us, how we felt about each other and the people celebrating our day with us. The ceremony was beyond beautiful and we had lots of family and friends comment on how well spoken Yvette was, how beautiful the speech/dialogue was and how it captured our love.
My husband & I got married on the 22.10.22. From get go Yvette was so easy to connect with. Communication was fantastic Via email & zoom leading up to the event, right up to the ceremony. Her calm, friendly & professional charm made that transition so easy. Not only with my husband & I, but also Laughing & mixing with our guests children right through to our elderly . Her personalised service had that special touch tailored to my husband & I. Our values, ties to family & friends, & just who we are as people in life. Many thought she was a close friend!! We simply can't recommend Yvette enough; words just don't allow! From the first moment we met Yvette, it felt absolutely right. She was everything we had hoped for and wanted in our Celebrant; warm, kind, humorous and personal. Yvette was our wedding celebrant in March 2020, she was amazing to work with in the lead up, wrote a beautiful ceremony, kept us calm on the day and made the ceremony feel fun and not too formal. Highly recommend if you are looking for a fun and smooth ceremony experience.
Yvette is a bright and warm person, and she did an amazing job on our wedding day - the guests were gushing over her beautiful words! Her experience in the wedding industry meant that we had nothing but the best service and we were given clear instructions on how to apply for a marriage certificate - one less thing to worry about! She is relaxed and funny, and puts you right at ease, something that was very comforting for us as we are introverts. She really respects all perspectives of love and is truly an amazing celebrant. Yvette is amazing. She gets to know you through meetings, but she is sneaky! You think you're just chatting and hanging out, but she is secretly gathering information and somehow manages to understand your relationship perfectly and write a ceremony that absolutely embodies you and your partner. We cried when we read the ceremony Yvette wrote for us, it was exactly what we wanted and we hadn't even known it ourselves. It was the perfect mixture of heartwarming, humorous and personalised. I couldn't tell you how many guests told us how awesome Yvette was and how they thought she must be a friend by the way she spoke. We connected with Yvette from the first moment we met, and didn’t even bother meeting with anyone else. We had no idea what we were doing and she really took the time to help us out to make our day special. Yvette gave us so many great ideas and was happy to work through all of our questions, giving us great advice all along the way. During the ceremony she was so natural and she had such a great presence, she really understood us. We had so many compliments from our guests and we so thankful to have had her as our celebrant and appreciate everything she did for us. She is awesome!
We chose Yvette to be our celebrant because of her warmth and relaxed nature. She was an excellent fit for our wedding and the relaxed, non-traditional vibe we were going for. She was incredibly professional and had thought of little things from having tissues available for the teary moments to stepping to the side for the first kiss so as not to be in the photos. We had a lot of compliments on our ceremony and vows, which is a testament to the effort she puts in to getting to know you as a couple so that it feels like she's a friend. We highly recommend her as a celebrant and wish her all the best in the future.
Right from the outset of meeting Yvette, we instantly felt comfortable with her and almost immediately knew she would be right for us. We were after a relaxed and fun type of ceremony and that's exactly what we got. However this was by no fluke, Yvette spent many hours with us prior to the day discussing how we met, what we wanted, and even taking each of us aside to talk about the things we loved about each other, so that when our vows were read, she had crafted these stories in to the ceremony to make it very intimate and special. You could tell they were written for just us. It was a pleasure having you as our celebrant Yvette, thank you so much again
