Marlborough Street Childcare Centre offers quality care and education for children aged 0-5.

Story

Marlborough Street Childcare Centre is a small, family-focused centre with a maximum full day license for 30 children.

The children are cared for by a group of highly qualified, experienced and dedicated teachers. Most of the staff have taught at Marlborough Street for many years and are supported by a stable pool of casual relievers providing excellent continuity of care for the children.

Te Whāriki
Our Centre programme is child initiated, catering for children's individual needs, strengths and interests.

Kotahitanga
Within the centre environment we create a culture of teaching and learning to ensure children develop, learn and thrive in mind body and spirit. An environment where children are listened to and their opinions valued.

Tuakana-Teina
We work collaboratively with children, parents and whanau, communicating with openness, honesty and respect to create trusting reciprocal relationships and a sense of belonging.
