Underrated I feel. Nice walk to look at technology from the recent and not so recent past. Tough to see things in a museum you remember from your own childhood, but time marches on ;. Could be improved into a real tourism spot but needs dedicated and inspired management.
We came for a random weekend to Picton. Found out the Marlborough Heritage Day was on in Blenheim. Stopped in to check it out. Not bad there was lots going on, lots to see. Even jumped on a little train that goes in to Blenheim township! Cool place to visit
I thought the museum was wonderful. Love to visit again.
An awesome museum, the wine display area is great as with the Maori Settlers display....both unique....
I went here today and is amazing place to visit in Blenheim. Wheelchair access as well via Denton Building. To explore the museum better to follow the numbers 1-24. $5 adult ticket. I recommend to stop and have a chat with people are working in the workshop, they have a wealth of knowledge to share.
Was so informative and learnt heaps about wine! Staff was very kind and friendly..
