Koromiko eggs are the best eggs on the South Island! Extremely nice guys on the market stall, and if you check out their Facebook page their hens are extremely well looked after. The espresso stall did excellent iced coffee and their peach iced tea was the best I've had. Veg stalls were all great, but were selling out after an hour already so get there early to avoid disappointment. Would definitely return, getting there at 9am next time.
Brilliant Sunday market to go to on a Sunday morning to catch up with friends/family and to peruse lots of lovely fresh produce and items to buy. Great atmosphere and stalls.
A great family event with the usual farmers market stalls including barista coffee , fresh vegetables, organic eggs and quality baking
Not a bad market, quite pricey and lots of food stalls. A good selection of organic and spray free vegetables and fruits in season. Great place for a Sunday breakfast and a selection of seasonal fruit and veg to take home.
