Repair was of poor quality / rushed, bumper not fitted level, painted over pin holes in body filler and chipping paint, tail light doesn't fit right bad gap, air bubbles in applied decal, badges not re affixed, hard to tell but I expect there is a thick layer of filler and minimal effort to straighten the panel under the repair. Paint however does match well and communication was good, shame they didn't spend a bit more care on the repair before paint to get it right

The sliding door of our Toyota Estima was stuck and the Toyota Service told us to go here. They immediately started with our car although they were very busy. After half an hour they opened the door. The locking mechanism was broken and they had no spare part left. So they showed us how we can open the door from the inside and where we can find a new mechanism. The best thing, they didn't charged us anything 1 hour of work because they were not able to repair it we had no time to order a new part! Highly recommend the guys!
Guy knows his job, going to be an expensive visit next time, a lesson well learnt on my part after going on 51 years of driving, my first blunder and the last I hope
