I was rather sceptical at first, hoping-rather than assuming - this would be of great benefit in enabling me to understand my relationship with food. Within minutes of talking with Michaela, I felt completely at ease and safe to open up with total honesty. Over the course of the afternoon, I felt a deep shift and was able to comfortably explore my triggers and behaviours regarding food. It was very emotional and, I can say wholeheartedly, a life altering experience. I no longer crave certain comfort foods, no more snacking between meals and my mind is at peace. There are many techniques we learned in that joyous afternoon, each beneficial in removing layers of years of conditioning. Without doubt, I credit Michaela and her amazing works with my altered perception. She is absolutely incredible and you can tell she truly cares about the people she works with and helps. Thank you, Michaela! I cannot recommend you enough for such an eye opening and life affirming workshop. I will be booking in to work on other areas in my life, to gain clarity and to be able to confidently stand in my own power.
When l went to Michaela for the first time l didn't know what to expect & had no expectations at all. She was very professional, welcoming,warm and friendly put me at ease right away. What l experienced was totally amazing l can not believe how my mind set has changed l feel empowered but also an inner peace which l haven't felt for many years. I went to Michaela for help with my relationship with food. Michaela was really lovely and understanding with no judgement of my unhappiness with my body/weight. The sessions I had were amazing. We uncovered pain from my past that I was unaware of consciously. I have seen massive changes in my relationship with food since my sessions. The best thing for me, is my quiet mind now I’m not thinking about food all the time. I forget about food, until I am reminded by hunger. I do not eat when I’m not hungry. I don’t feel any pressure now to eat everything on my plate or guilt when I leave food. My weight is coming down and I have learned to appreciate my body. Michaela's approach with me was very respectful and her voice is very soothing - she immediately put me at ease. Michaela also provided me with follow up materials that I continue to use to embed the changes in me. I can’t thank Michaela enough and highly recommend her as a hypnotherapist.
