As well as 13 years experience selling residential properties , Margarita brings her expert marketing and design skills to the real estate table.
Margarita’s passion for the career of real estate takes her clients’ listings to the next level - utilising meticulous attention to detail and a raft of interior design skills to offer exceptional property marketing.
Margarita grew up in St Heliers, and knows the area intimately – having played with school chums in many of the area’s backyards, and at the Dingle Dell reserve which is one of her favourite spots.
This local knowledge equips Margarita’s clients with the knowledge needed to achieve their property goals of selling in St Heliers.
