My mission is to initiate positive change in the lives of others through health and fitness. My greatest challenge as a trainer is personalising each program and diet protocol so that my clients can make healthy and sustainable lifestyle changes which work for them. Fitness should be one of many facets in your life, not the all-consuming focus. Consequently, if I can seamlessly integrate health and fitness into your life so that it positively influences your life rather than letting it become a debilitating burden that detracts from it then I have done my job.
