I HAVE JUST RETURNED. AS i AM COUGHING UP PHLEGM DUE TO REFLUX WAITED OUTSIDE IN THE CAR. I got out at 1.45 my appointment time. Reception was busy so I sat down after a couple of minutes, neither person looked up to acknowledge me. A few minutes later they asked me if i was Karen . I said no, They then said it now 1.50 and i had missed my appointment. My average wait time is 20 minutes to see someone. There was no Karen waiting when i was there.My husband complained so i went to see Dr and i told her about the pain i was in and asked what i wanted then said she had a patient waiting... the hypocracy, I usually have to wait 20 minutes. i was offered an appointment a week later!!!This is the worst practice I have ever been to in any country. Rarely see the same Doctor / registrar twice. They don't read your notes. Repeatedly told to take a medications which does not work for me which it is advised not to take long term, 57% of people have negative affects from and side effects of, tingling, numbness, increased liklihood of infection to gut infections, palpitations, kidney problems, poor absorbtion of B12, and magnesium , should not be taken by people who havetn had lupus, now long term use connected to Alzheimers....,.etc etc. The nurse told me to up my dose , had been having many of these symptoms when i stopped taking Omeprazole and they stopped. when i stopped but the pain much much worse.Another time i knew i had pneumonia, the doctor listened to my lungs and denied it, luckily I took it upon myself went to A&E and did have it and they said good i had not left it till the next day So many instances to mention ...
The staff were really accommodating and friendly with helping me out when there was a family crisis. Thank you so much for all your help
They are really nice but 8 / 10 times the service and level of care has been terrible. Chat bot doctor in some instances, repetition, misinformation/ diagnosis, forgotten referrals and prescriptions.
Some of the worst service you could possibly think of. The admin staff are rude and horrible, and the nurses are barely competent. I rang up asking about a perscription and the lady that answered the phone told me that because I wasn't registered with them there was no way I could have a perscription. This makes absolutely no sense because I wasn't registered with them when I got the original perscription. So not only did she not know what she was talking about, she was also one of the rudest people I've ever come into contact to. She was constantly moaning and groaning over the phone like a child. I will do my very best to never step foot in this health centre again.nnThe only reason this place is getting two stars instead of one is because of Doctor Andre Bonny. He was very nice and understanding when I saw him, and explained things in a very clear manner. I hope he gets to work at some place better in the future.
Great customer service often from the doctors here. However, phone reception a bit more variable: given short shrift by Sharon. Felt a little impatience in the conversation, like I was on the phone too long for her :0
