Excellent customer service....well to your face, As soon as you leave they start talking bad about you and judging you. Yes they don't even know you yet they feel the need to talk amongst themselves in front of customers about customers. It saddens me to have to write this but it was hurtful the things they said about my brother judging him and as people of the church it was the last thing I expected. As soon as he left the shop while I kept shopping they started judging him gossiping about him in the store openly I don't think they knew we shopped together as we entered separately, it hurt hearing the things they were saying. That use to be my favorite op shop i would always donate my unwanted items to them but now I cant even go back there, they disgust me. I found them disrespectful, judgemental and arrogant.
