Fantastic, efficient and friendly service. Immediately after completing an online query, Ken Tso phoned me directly to arrange a test drive. The Hybrid C-HR looks sporty, is super economical on fuel and feels really wonderful to drive. Ken's exuberant personality and knowledge of the car sealed the deal, while Joseph Shin made the sales paperwork a total breeze. The Manukau Toyota staff have been a truly fun team to work with and I highly recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a worry-free purchase experience. Loved the red ribbon!

Just collected my brand new Corolla Cross today! A huge thanks to Ken for his friendly and phenomenal service, always keeping me up to date since the beginning of my order. Hi guys.Divine and Jerome Tinio here. Just posting a review using our Digifloss account. We would like to thank the Manukau team for all the help with our purchase. We had a great experience starting from the first visit we had at Manukau Toyota with Ken assisting us for our test drive and the time we had conversations with him understanding about the process of purchase and available choices we have for their new Toyota range. Ken says from the first day we have met him that he makes sure he looks after his clients and he surely did looked after us, making sure we get constant updates of the car we decided to purchase. We went with getting the new Toyota Corolla Cross 2023 and initially it was scheduled to arrive in April 2023. But luckily, Ken got us the car as early as February after someone backed out with the deal. We are super happy with everything! The car is perfect for me and my husband. And Ken and his team at Toyota Manukau had a superb customer service that you would definitely want to stick with them if you ever want to purchase another car. : Thank you Ken and Pam! Awesome job!
We came looking to upgrade our car and we had something in mind but we came away with BETTER. This is due to the wonderful, helpful young man that took his time to show and explain to us about the different features etc. and according to our price range. He was not pushy or had an agenda like some sales people do. Me and my family came to Toyota Manukau to buy a new car with the idea of getting the Toyota Highlander 2022 model. Also with the help and assistance of Ken Tso, who was very kind and welcoming, we were able to buy the car and have a wonderful customer service, as he is very helpful with explaining about the car and it's specifications. Although it may have taken a bit long in waiting of the delivery of the car, but the car was worth the wait. Ken was also very helpful when we went to get the car. He was very thorough in explaining how the technology part of the car works and even took great pictures of us with car. Overall, we are extremely satisfied and happy with the purchase of our brand new car and thankful of Ken's customer service. We hope that he sells more car in the future! I am so happy with my new Yaris Cross Hybrid Ltd!! Thanks to Ken and the team at Manukau Toyota who looked after me so well.
