100 stars for this place, I have trouble with trusting people I have my reasons, anyways @ this place I was treated with alot of resepct, from the beautiful artwork on the walls helpful Receptionist to the lovely Nurses to the informative Doctors and Surgeons to the Anesthetics team. They do there job very well very prepared, they don't rush you out, the clinic is very organized and tidy and clean the toilets smell refreshing the surgery rooms are spacious and spotless. My whole experience going in there with anxiety and trust issues I left feeling happy and comfortable from the wonderful service I received from every single person there. My first time getting suregry i have a few more to go i think depending on results i hope to get it done here again there is no other place id like to go but here.. I cannot Thank you all enough for giving awesome care and also for completing my surgery and getting me back home to my children. Thank you all MSC... Merry Christmas.
Had surgery here, from the very start to finish very professional, very approachable. Couldn't be more appreciative of all the nurses ,doctors and anesthetists. My son and I had the most amazing experience and break through thanks to module 4 at Manukau super clinic, the receptionist ladies were a delight, super friendly and warm, we saw Dr. Katie tuck, not only was she patient, polite and professional, she was understanding, caring, and comforting, she listened to ever concern I had, she made me feel heard, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to see my son Paxton, thanks to this amazing doctor my son is getting everything he needs, she opened doors of possibility and progression, without her help we wouldn’t be where we are today, the difference she’s made to our lives brings me tears of joy, im so thankful.
On Wednesday afternoon around 3pm I have visited the manukau super clinic as I head a quiet strong heat rush appearing on my body combined with a very bad period pain, which I get from time to time but actually this was the first time I visited a doctor as I was feeling very unwell. I was positively surprised how amazing service I have received from every member of the staff who dealt with me receptionist, nurse and doctor. All of them were very compationat with me, which is surprising as they are human being as all of us, they are not paid well and they deal with so many people on daily basis that it is actually surprising how they can still remain calm and patient with us. Especially if we consider the fact that most probably in manukau the number of people visiting them on every day is huge and most probably not very pleasant as we can be grumpy when in pain. I don’t remember the names of neither the nurse nor the doctor even though they introduced themselves to me straightaway. I was in pain and I think I didn’t pay attention. I just wanted to say thank you to all of them and especially to the nurse who was taking care of me, she was so nice to me but as I was really in much pain I don’t remember if I said Thank you to her. Just wanted to let the clinic management know that their employees are credit to this clinic. Thank you very much!
First appointment immediately cancelled when i was watching for 2 hours. No one lets us know its been canceled when we check in - After discussion i feel quite bad but I understand sometime, somewhere mistakes, and I have wait for another month with appointment, frustrating, same things happen we was waiting and waiting until 8 group patient left, finally we got CALL but CALL TO TOLD US GO HOME. Samething, same place, same people, same result, nothing act, second time samething happen THAT IS NOT THE MISTAKE ANYMORE we feel like idiots by the way they guiding us around n around. Gynaecology booked an appointment for patient on 06/03/23. Patient and daughter in law i came in for appointment on 06/03/23 at 1pm. Patient waited till 2:15pm, the clinic cleared and module 10 staff told patient their appointment was cancelled. Patient came again today for appointment on 03/04/23. Bella brought patient in today at 3pm for appointment at 3:15pm and they waited 2 hours before the module told them the appointment was cancelled. I is very upset and had told the module the patient does not speak English, and to call her number for appointments. Checking file today, the patient’s spoken language on file was English but she only speaks Vietnamese. The contact number was also incorrect, it has now been updated. I advised that the attitude of the staff was very unprofessional it was understandable that the appointment was cancelled once but the appointment being cancelled twice in the same manner by the same people was unacceptable.i feels personally attacked and was very upset at the service and the way the service was delivered. I would like accountability and recognition for the treatment she has experienced and would like an apology from module 10.
Person named Barbara answering phones on booking for radiology at superclinic needs some serous customer service training. She was the rudest person ever. Not helpful at all. I would do -1 if given the option.
The parking is free which is really good for patients. Very clean and tidy. The staff at the entry answers your questions and give you directions who is really helpful.
Spent 4 months going here every 2 weeks to module 2 for an archillies rupture. EVERY appointment they booked for me i would turn up and have to wait ATLEAST 2 hours to be seen, sometimes 3 hours. Waiting room completely full and staff seemed to be always confused about basically everything not to mention the amount of mincing around they did was incredibly unprofessional. Once i was seen every appointment consisted of about a 30 second catch up and i was on my way. At no point was i given any sort of guidance or even an exam of any sort. I highly recommend if you have the option to go somewhere else. Do it.
Cozy environment, clean and tidy clinics with reasonable spaces. Not enough car parking at peak hours.
Very caring and professional service. Easy parking option and free. Good seating options for those needing a place to sit while waiting for your family members to finish their appointments. Nice little coffee shop right at the ground floor entrance.
