Dan and his team were amazing. Emailed on a Sunday responded within a few hours and booked me in for the very next day. Called me and explained all the issues with my car and formed an action plan which would give me the best possible outcome. Will 100% be taking my car back there in the future.Service: Engine repair
The service itself performed on the car was well done and thorough. Very flexible with drop off/pick up times. Only real issue is that the communication left a lot to be desired. The story would change each time we talked, they would put words into my mouth trying to gaslight me into believing I said something I didn't... each time costing more $. Came here due to a discount coupon and it seems like they were just trying to recover any discount actually given.Services: General repairs & maintenance

My vehicle had been keyed on several panels and there was a small ding to be fixed. The team were fantastic to deal with from beginning to end. My car is an EV and it was really comforting to know they understand EVs and there was charge in my car when I picked it up. I can't thank the team enough and would thoroughly recommend them. Had a great experience with this garage. We could come already the next morning after our call. As we were not sure whether our break pads actually need to be replaced or not, they first checked them. It turned out that all of them are in good condition. Instead of changing them as originally planned and going for the money, the guy gave us a call that nothing needs to be done. He even told us how much of the pads is left to get a rough estimation how long they might last. That saved us a lot of money and we are very grateful for such an honest service for free.
Completely deluded that they even sent me this email to recommend them, which only confirms my thinking. We are in dispute. They were months behind in repairing my race car. The quote was nothing like the final price, which was not covered by insurance, so all my own cost. Communications were very poor and they did not do what they said they would. Did not answer emails, did not return calls and when they became aware of the dispute said they would contact my race car mechanic. They did not. I was billed for a Road Test, which they did not do. When I got the car back and drove it down the road. It had no oil, the engine is now shot and a further $50,000 cost to me. The Road Test would have alerted them. I will be taking action. They have tried to blame others and make excuses; they also told me to claim against another parties public liability... This ad is nothing like the service I received and I know that they will not accept responsibility. Get ready for the response...Service: General repairs & maintenance
Took my car in after i got in an accident, had it in there for about 4months only to get it back with the horn not working, i told them about it and they told me to bring it in so i went out of my way while i was at work to bring it in only for them not to look at it the whole day. I thought it would be a priority as it is a safety feature and my safety is at risk. So i took my car back and they told me they'll get back to me even the receptionist did a remainder for herself to call me that was 3 weeks ago and i still haven't heard back from them and i still have no horn on my car. Dan and the team have been fantastic. I shopped around and got 4 quotes in early December to arrange a service, two new tyres and a wheel alignment. Dan came in at almost $250 cheaper than his competitors. He gave me a breakdown of the costs and went so far as to inform me of the different services and tyres available. I got the silver service and noticed an immediate improvement in the quality of the workmanship compared to services I’d previously received elsewhere. I returned to Manukau Auto Centre a month later for a WOF and received the same standard of professionalism from the team. I inevitably had to lodge a claim for repairs and dealt with Michel, and she literally took care of everything, including arranging a loan car. In every interaction, Dan and the team have been straight up and transparent. I haven't felt like I'm being upsold etc., and despite being much cheaper than elsewhere, I've received better comprehensive service across the board. Highly highly recommend. A panel fell off the bottom of my car on the way to work after a service somewhere else… the friendly and professional team here fixed the problem straight away, explained what had probably happened and took photos to document the problem. Thank you very much!
