I've been seeing Dr Henderson for over 5 years now. Excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable, thorough and has a demeanor that is very easy to communicate with. I don't live close to the clinic anymore but the extra travel is still worth it
Amazing doctors but for the love of god please change your hold music, it felt like a form of torture technique having to listen to that for 20 minutes

Since covid they have suspended online bookings. They won’t reinstate this, so you have to wait for them to open and call up for an appointment, very archaic and not sustainable. Even when you call you cannot get an appointment for 5-6 days. 80% of the time we end up having to go to a&e because our children or us need to be seen on same day. Would not recommend.
