We have a great time, excellent food that was delivered to where you sat by friendly staff.
I stayed in the single room. Everything from the bed, sheets and pillows to the shared bathroom were super clean. A little bit cold with no heater in the room during winter but they have electric blankets and for the price I paid I’m not complaining. It was still great value. Friendly check in from the bar staff and the cleaning lady was lovely too. Great classic kiwi pub downstairs and an awesome fish and chip shop also. They’ll bring your meal over to the pub so you can have a pint while you wait.
A great local pub even in winter
Good pub with atmosphere, fish and chips delivered from next door are awesome.nHard case with the massive Macaw parrot in there to look at.
We stayed here 3nights in a row & loved it!! what a beautiful place.. awesome bar staff, friendly and helpful and that giant parrot..? well it just takes it to another level.. good people & good food.. the sun rises and sun sets are mind blowing!
