The Pharmacist on duty was arrogant, derogatory and lacking in customer service and most unhelpful in listening to the customer. Refusing to serve a well informed person and meet her needs. A very poor advertisement for an otherwise excellent community facility. Waipu pharmacy on the other hand were helpful, enquiring and empathetic. Grateful thanks to them
Excellent customer service. Nothing too much trouble for the staff who go the extra mile to help.
Delightful staff, especially during Christmas period when they’re run off their feet, thank you for being there for us locals.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service, especially from the middle aged blonde assistant. Spoke down on me and was annoyed when I said i’d be taking my prescription to Wellsford instead, as the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Why does a prescription take 45 minutes when there are at least 5 people working there and there’s no one in the pharmacy? Even on a good day their wait times are still far too long to be justified. Who has that kind of time to sit and wait for their medication? Shocking experience, hopefully they open a Chemist Warehouse in Mangawhai soon so this place can be put out of existence. Would not recommend.
Friendly helpful staff & they had what I needed.
