Great service, knowledgeable staff, got all the right stuff.nCrap parking for handicapped. And hire someone to answer the phone.
The Pharmacist on duty was arrogant, derogatory and lacking in customer service and most unhelpful in listening to the customer. Refusing to serve a well informed person and meet her needs. A very poor advertisement for an otherwise excellent community facility. Waipu pharmacy on the other hand were helpful, enquiring and empathetic. Grateful thanks to them

Excellent customer service. Nothing too much trouble for the staff who go the extra mile to help.
I have visited the pharmacy three times over the last few days. Each time the customer service I experienced was awful. I understand you have a busy pharmacy and you use this to justify your sub standard service when addressing your poor reviews! A pharmacy is central to a community and is used by customers for medical care and advice delivered with some helpful empathy. If this was me or my business receiving this type of review more than once I’d be taking the situation very seriously! I will drive to Wellsford now as quite frankly I prefer the drive to an unhealthy dose of your customer service.
