Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service, especially from the middle aged blonde assistant. Spoke down on me and was annoyed when I said i’d be taking my prescription to Wellsford instead, as the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Why does a prescription take 45 minutes when there are at least 5 people working there and there’s no one in the pharmacy? Even on a good day their wait times are still far too long to be justified. Who has that kind of time to sit and wait for their medication? Shocking experience, hopefully they open a Chemist Warehouse in Mangawhai soon so this place can be put out of existence. Would not recommend.
I have visited the pharmacy three times over the last few days. Each time the customer service I experienced was awful. I understand you have a busy pharmacy and you use this to justify your sub standard service when addressing your poor reviews! A pharmacy is central to a community and is used by customers for medical care and advice delivered with some helpful empathy. If this was me or my business receiving this type of review more than once I’d be taking the situation very seriously! I will drive to Wellsford now as quite frankly I prefer the drive to an unhealthy dose of your customer service.
Absolutely rude senior lady. We went to the pharmacy at a time I THOUGHT had been arranged over a week before. Shop was quiet, nothing much going on, but the very excited 5 year old, well prepped and ready was refused the five minutes it would have taken to pierce her ears. The 'lady' was so rude. Took pleasure in denying the child. I will never recommend her service, and would encourage everybody to travel any distance to avoid this pharmacy.nnYour response below was banal, rubber stamp.nDoes not alter what happened. I believe I had booked an appt, by email and latterly by phone.
Would not recommend at all, staff are very helpful but pharmacist very unprofessional and rude, saying she could not dispense more than one months script at a time, for my upcoming travel, even tho its possible elsewhere which i did. This is not the first interaction of this nature of rudeness from the pharamicist. Go elsewhere if you have the opportunity.... Definitely not community spirited....

Thank you to everyone there, really appreciate the tips and med instructions with the products.nIt was a welcome surprise and I didn't feel that I was being marketed to regarding the products. Only recommended the one's that would work and full set of instructions to go with it. Take care.
