We loved our stay with Jeanette! She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the region. Our room had a gorgeous view of the ocean. The hot breakfast was delicious and robust. We loved the towel warmer and rain shower head. A very comfortable stay indeed!Rooms: 5/5
A magic spot. Lodge was immaculate. Amazing views from the Clipper room and deck. Breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. Very helpful owner lent us beach towels and even some deck chairs. Thanks Jeanette. We hope to return for a longer stay next time!Rooms: 5/5
We loved our stay at Mangawhai Lodge. Jeanette is a great host very hospitable and helpful to us. The place is exceptionally clean, gave us beach vibes and majestic view of the beach. Bed is so comfortable, the breakfast that the host made us is very delicious. Also, the area where the place is located is nearby shops and Café.Rooms: 5/5
We were very impressed with the Mangawhai lodge. The view was a knockout, very comfortable rooms and beds and the fully equipped kitchen was a joy to cook in. The TV was great and had netflix and YouTube. Very private and a wonderful deck to sit on and enjoy the spectacular view. We loved it and didnt want to leave! Well be back for sure.!

My husband and I stayed two nights at Mangawhai Lodge in early July 2021. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jeanette is a wonderful host. It was so nice having a delicious cooked breakfast both mornings. We had a beautiful view of the sea from our room. Highly recommended.Service: 5/5
We are a family of 4 and enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay at Mangawhai Lodge. B&B rooms with amazing views. Everything on point. We can highly recommend Mangawhai Lodge for your next stay. Jeanette has been an amazing host.
Very very lovely stay here. Host Jeannette was awesome. Great chats with her and provided a lovely cooked breakfast along with the yummiest fruit and muesli selection as well. Our beachcomber room was lovely and the view on the balcony outstanding. Totally recommend. Nice quiet get away with the best view.
A gorgeous old style villa tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Absolutely stunning views from the balcony, breakfast area and some of the rooms. The host is friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious and fully equipped. Our bathroom was across the hall. Not sure this is true for all rooms.
