I was attending an event in the hall which appears to be very well maintained and ideal to rent upstairs for say, a 21st or other celebration. A good kitchen, toilets, chairs etc.

Country experience at Waipu watching Ama play today.  Awesome day at the markets there.

Love the market when there. Great array of goods on offer and entertainment with food. Domain is a lovely place
