Since 1988 we have been perfecting our sabbatical farming technique, & developing our breeds without the use of any chemicals, drench, dip, vaccines, or fertilisers.The Shire sheep are a meat sheep, with no wool, instead having a thick skin & a silver layer of hair, making them the perfect adaptable breed for the current farming climate.The Tufty cattle originated from fullblood stud highland cattle but have bred without horns making them more docile & easy to work with. We also offer consulting services for farmers looking to know how they can convert their farm to organics & sabbatical fallowing."
