Well-stocked and friendly dairy in what would otherwise we a very isolated location. For Te Araroa hikers this is a true oasis after the forests, especially as they offer hikers accommodation for a donation.

Very friendly customer service great ice creams and top hot take aways.
Yummy food!!! Good service!! Mean feed of fish and chips, burgers oh and best potato fritters lol. Even a few yummy homemade baked slices. Good sized tip top ice cream. Just wished they stayed opened later on weekends especially in summer and holiday's!
Always a great stop for Coffee, a Lens Pie or Bacon and Egg muffin.
