Food was all deep fried and soggy. Could not even taste the meat from batter.2nd time going back and $150+meals everytime could not even eat.nobobody from a big family could finish a plate kids couldn't even eat nuggets deep fried not that hard to cook. Waste of money

Food is good, this keeps me going there. Now open 7 days is excellent. Hard to have a conversation with friends as it is loud. The toilet is clean but you have to plan on going as it is a very long difficult walk and up stairs, not good for us oldies
Good chinese food, good service and food came out quickly. Only issue I had was that I asked for no prawns in my fried rice due to my partner being allergic however the prawns were in the rice anyway.
Definitely the best Chinese food in Goulburn. If you're looking for a place to eat for the family, a romantic dinner or takeout, Mandy's restaurant has you covered. It has extremely friendly and fast service, wonderful food and a great atmosphere.
