The facilities and food were truly outstanding and deserving of 5 stars. The venue itself is beautiful, and the food was delicious and well presented.nnUnfortunately, the service experience did not reflect the same standard. During our family function, while speeches and songs were still taking place, a staff member responsible for clearing tables began removing plates, cutlery, and other items in a manner that felt rushed and disruptive. The excessive noise from clattering dishes and cutlery created the impression that guests were being encouraged to leave before the event had concluded.nnFrom a cultural perspective, particularly within our community, such actions can be perceived as a signal that guests are no longer welcome to remain. This detracted from what was otherwise a meaningful and enjoyable occasion.nnWhile I appreciate the need to tidy up after an event, I believe a more considerate and discreet approach would have been appropriate but also waiting until the actual function finished before clearing things off the table, to avoid the banging of plates and clanking of cutlery.nThe venue and catering were exceptional, but there is room for improvement in the front-of-house service experience to better match the high quality of the facilities and food.

I've found the yard and office staff extremely friendly with a can do attitude in regard to allowing major work on ocean going yachts. Which is more than I can say for some other clubs.
Excellent, friendly and helpful bartenders. Lovely waterfront views and nautical ambiance.
My fiance and I had our engagement party here and could not have booked a better venue. The venue is stunning, spacious, provides a great variety of food and drinks etc.nnThe staff are also incredible. They provided good communication leading up to the event and were so helpful and caring on the night. Thank you Margo, Delilah and catering team. My family were also very impressed with your service.
