Dear shop quality though had a cake and cuppa tea yes held my little finger out straight ...dribbled on my tea shirt managed to wipe that discreetly up though. Wonderful experience !!

Great service for click and collect. My sister-in-law from Perth W.A., purchased some nightwear for my elderly mother. I was to pick it up in time for our family Christmas gathering today. The garments were beautifully gift wrapped and included a card. Thank you

I enjoy Ballantynes in the morning after they open at 9am. The breakfast there is probably one of the best in Christchurch. The coffee is delishiously consistent. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Di n Paul in the men's dept.

A good place to visit for Christmas gifts such as jewellery and select liquor gifts. Served by polite competent happy staff appear to be happy in their job. Always an interesting high quality selection, and very good prices on special.

Love Ballantynes. In the Christchurch store we received friendly service, tasty food in the cafe but a bit pricey I thought for what we had. Apart from that I was impressed with the variety of products in the pantry section. Will shop in that department again on our next visit to Christchurch.
