My box broke at the handle, sending beers everywhere. A sad sight... He immediately helped me tidy up and told me off for touching the glass, put the intact beers in a new, sturdy box, and offered me a couple of beers to make up for the lost one. Very grateful to this man for looking out for my beers and my safety. Bit of a legend, this one.
This has recently had a change of ownership and the new team are making some subtle changes to the selection for the better. There are some lesser known and well priced drops on the shelves making it an attractive stop when picking up groceries or fish and chips. Overall a huge and interesting selection of wines and craft beers and just giving a star off for staff product knowledge As they have such cool boutique varieties it would be good to know something about them to sell them effectively.
Good place in the bay, they have many brands, could be a nice idea still open late on the weekday
Awesome variety of fine wine which is nicely displayed. Beer and spirits range also excellent. A must to visit if you're preference is wine. Ample parking and friendly service.
