The hardest trucks hands down on Nz roads to see, who ever thought painting trucks black was an absolute moron! Almost impossible to see in fog or rain or against rural or forest background super dangerous and idiotic company colours not to mention drivers without lights on in fog ‍‍ serious accidents or deaths before something is done.. company values owners need some serious development and future improvements asap
Best company without useless operations and branch manager. Complained many times about service but they don’t care.
Damages on 3 from 3 deliveries, over $250k of damage. The first pallet dropped, replacement was airfreighted from the supplier and they dropped the replacement too!nThen, clipped a smaller package with a forklift in between.nIt's not rocket science; get it from A to B without damaging it!
Absolutely useless!! -5 stars is more suitednDamages on EVERY delivery but they try and hide it.nAverage 4-5 days delays from Auckland to Napier.nWorst customer service, same excuses for years blame the contract drivers.nWayne promises the world, uses the same excuses and nothing ever changes.nnDon't sign up with this company based on prices = pay peanuts, get .....
Have used them before, they always tried to cram things together to save costs - they take no care of the items. Management team was very arrogant when you tried to raise your complaint, to the point they ignored your email and simply close your account. Apart from that, the customer service is good and the drivers is easy to talk to.
