We went in to send a pallet load of golf gear Timaru to Masterton shipped on Tuesday arrived at Masterton depot Friday. My partner and I were so impressed with Hannah White and Aiden all the staff were friendly and happy in their workplace very good experience and well done team! In Masterton same excellent service. Outstanding experience. Delivery was organized well in advanced to pick up from Depot on a day that suited me.
Went to pick up but couldn't get the 3.5 mtr. awning in the wifes car, so plan B.nAwesome service from enquiring at the reception desk to delivery.nGreat staff to deal with in the office and the friendly delivery guy phoned when he was in the area to complete a super fast efficient service.nThanks again :-
I was a tad disappointed the first time using mainfreight, with more than 1 issue.nThe second time was no drama at all, the staff were always friendly
Have a package sitting on Timaru depot for days. I called them to ask for an estimate delivery time to find out its gonna take another two days. Total of 7 days to delivery from Timaru to Orari ‍. Very disappointing
