Good communication when I contacted local branch for delivery ETA. They were efficient, on time and the guys who delivered my fridge freezer were friendly and helpful.
Ring me to tell me my parcel had arrived I never going to deliver it the next day at least I can get in there to pick it up it was in one piece just missing another item otherwise very friendly and helpful guys
Had a red hot consignment come up from PMR Friday night. Picked it up from depot Saturday morning. Greeted with courtesy and situational awareness of our consignment. Service and Comms are outstanding. We'll done MF = Nz01
Seriously disappointed with their service. I don't mind that it sat in the depot for almost 3 days. I wouldn't mind if they called and said we'll be out your way a week from now. But no phonecall, no knock on the door and just sneakily placing it on the roadside? THAT'S not okay! 'we only get paid to drop off at roadside' is not true either. When they saw us walking towards them they quickly got out the last box. I called the supplier and they said that's NOT okay! We would have even agreed to drop off at the shed. We're easy...
My experiencd having to go to the depot was awesome.nA really nice man helped me with my enquiry and made me feel comfortable in an office full of people.nThe warehouse is so clean and tidy and runs like a well organized machine.nThank you
