Just spent a whole day at home waiting for a delivery that failed to turn up. Slot was between 7-12. Got a call around 2 saying they couldn't deliver today, since all of our delivery hadn't arrived yet. Yet, they let us book a delivery slot? What? Rubbish communication, would not recommend to anyone
Where do I begin, words fail me. Never get Mainfreight for deliveries ever! Turned up 2 hours earlier than what was arranged. By pure chance I was at home when they phoned. But apart from that we got the wrong item then they disagreed with unpacking the appliance. They finally found the right one and unpacked it but damaged the kitchen wall moving it in. Really! What a bunch of wallies!nMainfreight get decent people working for you I'm sure you can do better than those idiots
Would be great if u could drive through one way get your items and drive out. but no have to drive in the wrong way so left van and trailer on Rd side that's no good we can't load over foot path so I backed the trailer in and left the van over the foot path while they loaded it??nCrazzy

Ordered two separate things using mainfreight, they said it'll get delivered anytime from 7:30AM to 7:00PM, And it got delivered at 5:30AM waking up my dog and the neighbours cause of her barking. And the second thing i Ordered, arrived a two days late compared to the delivery estimate. And not to mention when i rang up about it, the guy on the phone was terrible. Couldn't care less, just wanted to hang up...
