Not impressed with your service.nCannot even bother to speak properly to a customer. Will never use you again.nJust wanted a oven shipped from Levin to Whangarei but would not do it because of a glass door.????
Product despatched from retailer on 08-02-2024, arrived at mainfreight Levin depot at 0415hrs 09-02-2024.nAfter enquiries over next two weeks parcel was finally located, apparently still in Levin depot on 23rd February.nAfter a phone call, delivery would be Tuesday 27th February, between 1300hrs and 1600hrs.nDecided to pick up product on the afternoon of the 23rd. Might have got lost again.nAfter picking up I then received an email to say it had been delivered.nThanks for a great experience and communication.
They freighted a hydraulic pump to Hamilton for me - friendly, efficient service!
Great service when I drive in and my pickup was there waiting for me and a helpful forklift operator lifted it on to my trailer. And if I when. 10x faster than the drive thru at McDonald's these days.
Good transport agent for large items very prompt pricing could have been bit cheaper but rise in fuel cost so I think not bad really and they are fast and efficient too and do send a Instant notification direct to you as soon as your freight turns up at the depo so ill use the service in the future for large items
