These guys are absolute clowns. They provide a 4 hour window for delivery and then come too early. Instead of just saying yes we are early they then spin an excuse blaming Nood for giving them the wrong address. Ok, so then after re-booking for the following day, now having the correct address, they are too early AGAIN!. and then give us a serve about Nood messing up the previous day but not explaining why they are even earlier Today?! I don't mind errors but blaming others for it is pathetic.
Great pre-delivery communication, super friendly and helpful delivery guys. Can’t fault!
Fantastic service from Tarun our local Mainfreight driver here in Wanaka. Not only is he always pleasant to deal with he gets things done and often goes above and beyond.
Terrible company to send packages with, communication was shocking took 2 weeks for parcel to arrive after they said it would be 2-4 business days. Package was then delivered to the wrong address, along with contents inside the package being broken! I would not recommend or use main freight again!
Great service. Very helpful staff.
