Easy to understand lay out. Really safe despite the volume of Truck traffic. Storeman was very polite.
Absolutely terrible handling of my airfreighted and expensive FedEx delivery from the US today. It arrived in an Owen’s van with a broken pallet, loaded in an unstable manner. The driver expected me to help him carry it out of his van. With a back problem and a heavy package that could potentially give me a sore back, I refused to do so. There is a reason a package of that size is on a pallet, it isn’t meant to be delivered the way it was attempted. Needless to say, I didn’t accept delivery and was disgusted.

Rubbish delivery company. Paid $65 for one piece of furniture to be delivered. Mainfrieght emailed they would deliver on a Wednesday which didn’t work for me so I scheduled through their delivery options to have it arrive that same week Friday. Their email confirmation stated it would arrive between 9am-4pm so I organised to be near home that day. Come 7:30pm I call them for an update and they say truck left 30mins later than it should have and it will DEFINITELY be delivered within the hour. At 10:30pm still no delivery so we finally gave up and went to bed. The following Monday I call at lunch, the lady on the phone was apologetic and assured that it was out for delivery and I should expect them to arrive around 3pm that afternoon… no surprises, it STILL hasn’t been delivered and after refreshing my tracking they’ve gone through the efforts to remove it had ever been in the truck out for delivery 4 days ago. Disappointing communication, unreliable, and definitely not worth the $65 delivery fee. Do better.
