Very dead small mall with random types of shops from law firms to nail spas. The food places looked quiet at around 5pm.
Haverock road near by Outram park MRT
Not crowded everytime.
Car park expensive $1.60 every 30mins Quiet place from ground floor to 3rd floor. Few little eateries and a big costumes cosplay shop.
Only here for the parking lol. $3 per entry entire Sunday. Best parking if you want to go Chinatown or Clarke Quay on a Sunday.
