Maidstone Park is a cricket and football ground in Upper Hutt, Wellington, New Zealand.A single List A match was held there during the 1978/79 Gillette Cup when Wellington played Canterbury, which resulted in a 4 wicket victory by Canterbury. The following season a first-class match was held there between Wellington and Central Districts in the 1979/80 Shell Trophy, which resulted in an innings and 45 runs victory for Wellington.Upper Hutt City FC also use Maidstone Park as there home ground with their club rooms based in front of the turf.

What cool place for kids, it has soo much here, esp for scooters, something for everyone, cool playground heaps parks and heaps of grass space, nice toilets for 1's or 2's and even if you have number 3's great way to spend an hour or 2
Very good park with a lot of things to try
This is the ultimate kids park. It has many different types of climbing frames, crawl spaces, sand areas, trampolines the list goes on. And there are great biking and scooter tracks for kids.
Took our 4 year old grandson. What an incredible playground. Kudos to the designers, builders, and council for a fantastic park for all ages. Brilliant. Well maintained and clean too.
Many activities. Lots of families with children all playing happily. An ideal balance of safety and risk to provide a challenge.
All kinds of adventure play for kids of various ages: scooters, roller skates, skate board and kids bikes/striders. Also swings, slides etc As well as Musical play. All in a reasonably safe area. Plus toilets aah what a relief. And water stations for those generating a third.
Visited this fantastic facility for football for National Age Group Tournament. Great surface for the boys to play on and ensure that there is available playing surface in the wet winter months
A great restful place to be and they are currently redoing the astroturf of the sports area, in part. Great play area for kids too.
Great playing field, top notch. And really good play ground, toilets and water fountains.
I love this park for my dog and I... Great area to walk my girl . I love the trees, love seeing other dogs and their humans out and also awesome to see so many families enjoying the new park . Look forward to when the sprinklers are on at the field on a hot day, for me and my dog to play in with others . Beautiful nature, even on a wet winters day
