About

MAI Dojo is a newly established dojo for martial artists passionate about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Capoeira, Muay Thai and Karate.

Story

MAI Dojo is a training facility for passionate martial artists or fitness enthusiasts. With a large mat area and full weights area, you are able to complete your training all in one place. As a member of MAI Dojo, you will have 24/7 access to train at any time with your team mates/friends.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 3:00pm to 9:00pm.

Class schedule:

Capoeira with Mestre Bira of Grupo de Capoeira Resistencia
Monday - 6:00pm to 7:30pm
Tuesday - 4:00pm to 5:00pm (Beginners)
Wednesday - 7:30pm to 9:00pm
Thursday - 5:00pm to 6:00pm (Beginners)

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with Instructor Bira of Crolin Gracie gym
Monday - 7:30pm to 9:00pm
Tuesday - 6:00pm to 7:30pm
Wednesday - 6:00pm to 7:30pm
Thursday - 7:30pm to 9:00pm
Saturday - Open mats (morning)

Muay Thai with Adilson Galdino
Tuesday - 7:30pm to 9:00pm
Thursday - 6:00pm to 7:30pm
Friday - 7:30pm to 9:00pm


***Please bring a towel and water bottle to every class
