I can't speak highly enough of Ben's help today. What I initially thought was a power charger issue with my MacBook Air - he helped me source a new one over the phone- was discovered to potentially be something else. Ben made time in his busy schedule to visit and sort the issue out. He was incredibly professional, friendly, open and helpful throughout and went out of his way in a way I have rarely experienced before. Thank you, Ben. Your company is lucky to have you as their IT guru.

I have just had the service from Ben at MagnumMac, that can only be explained as highly professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. After purchasing a fantastic 14" Macbook Pro from MagnumMac delivered by Ben, he spent close to two hours setting the machine up with all the Apps that I needed and wanted. Ben, from Magnum Mac, is a star! He offers a mobile service around the city and carries out repairs and maintenance of your tech gear in your own home office. I have called on him three times to date and on each occasion he was in my home within a couple of hours. He is responsive, knowledgeable and an all round good guy. I recommend him unreservedly.
My iMac now 5 years old was in dire need of an upgrade! The team at MagnumMac came to the rescue with swift, professional and friendly service. I'm so happy with the results - no more wheel of death spinning while I wait for things to load PLUS they transferred all my old files. The upgrade was done and dusted in a matter of days with a follow-up phone call to check that everything was going well. I'm very happy to highly recommend MagnumMac!
