Beautiful place run by beautiful people
Lovely stay at the Lodge down at Magic Cottages , the lodge was perfectly presented and the Owners Ian and Anna are both lovely , we spent a great deal of time walking the masive farm exploring all we could find , along with a lovely kayak down the Takou river to the ocean
The place is amazing as a location. Will have to skip a couple of stars for the cottages itself and the price. Perhaps the high season but found the price not in line with what we got. Full marks however for the property

My husband and I stayed at the magic cottage and had the best time! It's the perfect place for a sneaky getaway from the hussle and bussle of the city life. The hosts are super lovely and welcoming and so helpful! Such a great experience, we hope to be back!

Beautiful relaxing peaceful spot with everything you can need for self catering.
Disappointed to say the least. Backpacker type facility for luxury accommodation rates. Don't be fooled by the petals and a romantic getaway, the place is dated and smelt musty from disuse.
