Made by Kelly-Ana accepts payment by Bank Transfer.

Your privacy is very important to Made by Kelly-Ana and we will not disclose your personal information to a third party.
** Returns Policy **
All our products are checked thoroughly before dispatch but as they are individually made by me each one is unique in design and manufacture. Because of this they may differ slightly from those shown on this website. If by chance you receive a faulty product please contact me within 5 days and I will arrange either a replacement or a credit note.
Exchanges and credits will only be provided to the original purchaser.
We will only accept products that are returned in their original condition - unwashed, unused and undamaged.
The cost of the return delivery will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
We will not refund or exchange on purchased sale products.
** Delivery Times **
If you are having a product custom made it will only be manufactured once the payment has cleared. If it is a stocked product it will be processed within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds.
** Shipping Options **
New Zealand: All orders are sent tracked via NZ Post.
** Lay-by **
Made by Kelly-Ana will hold your Lay-by for 2 months. To purchase using lay-by please send me a message. A 30% deposit is required.
The 30% Deposit must be paid with 48 hours of receiving Made by Kelly-Ana's bank details (failure to do so will result in your lay-by being cancelled without notification).
Payment is required in full within 2 months and payments are made on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
The price of your lay-by items will not change after your order has been placed.
