The chicken breast here has always had a strange texture to it, we don't get it anymore. Good customer service but sometimes the meat trays leak. Bring leak proof bags or a container in your vehicle.
Always a great range of meats. We usually buy their meat pack online and collect in person. Good variety of cuts, you can see the items on their website for an idea of what you are getting.
Mad Butcher, Lower hut, this place has the goods! The staff are awesome, friendly and ready to help from the front checkout, to the team out the back, the meat always looks good, and I just want to buy everything, produce looks fresh and there are always great specials, great store keep it up.

I always get friendly customer service here, even on a Saturday when they're extremely busy and under pressure!
You can't beat the Mad Butcher's Meat. A little tricky to park here at peak times. But worth it for the great.deals on meat. Also does frozen and fresh veg, dairy and bread. Cookies and Biscuits too!
Disappointing customer service. Went in and bought an item and went to the cashier to pay. Was standing at the empty cashier window and the cashier young girl was about to come to the window when she suddenly turned to attend another customer who just came in the door apparently the customer wants to check on an order. So there I was - stood there waiting and waited a good few minutes before she came back to the cash register. To add insult to injury, she went to the opposite cash register and just stand there - no apology nor a word to me. So, I had take my item to the other side of the cash register to pay. When a business have staff that ignore paying customers at the register - it does not deserve the customer's business.

Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices.
