Barman had a great haircut. Food good helping of tasty whitebait fritters. All observed by entertaining guard dogs
Our favorite place to dine while in Tekapo. Pleasant atmosphere, staff always warm and friendly and food never disappoints. Very quick for meals to arrive to tables which we find helpful since we have usually been out and about and end up walking in starving.
Pleasant and helpful staff. But food is very expensive, basic and poorly cooked/served... not worth the cost.
Went in for a lunchtime meal but left at almost afternoon tea!! Very poor service. The waiters were all walking around very busy delivering drinks because no food was being served. We waited over 50 minutes for two hamburgers and one soup. The place was old and needs up-dating. Won't be back anytime soon.
Nice place to eat at and enjoy a drink or 2, Family friendly as well. Food is really, really nice. but is more on the expensive side.
